Yanks to Sign Sheffield

The Yank's offense just got a whole lot better, but at great expense. They're more likely to trade Johnson or Soriano now, and the already-old team just got older. Schilling v. Sheff in game 7 of the ALDS, anyone?
Still, Sheffield's a hell of a player. Maybe he won't be so underrated anymore.
