side note: wtf is it with all these law professors who blog? Poorly, I may add. Volokh’s an unthinking libertarian-right, instaretard and althouse are just plain unthinking. How the hell did they become professors, because if their scholarship is anything like their blogging, their students are the ones who are suffering.
