Bush Compares War on Terror to great conflicts of 20th century
It’s, like, every war everywhere! ohmygosh!!!!!!!11!1!!!11!!1 (the headline actually says “world wars,” but Bush says “20th century”)
President Bush compared the fight against terrorism to both world wars and other great conflicts of the 20th century as he tried to reassure an increasingly skeptical public on Monday to support U.S. military involvement in Iraq.
Quick question, Mr. Preznit – do these great conflicts of the 20th century include Vietnam? Wait! Wait! Why are you running away Mr. Preznit? Is Vietnam in there? OK, how about this – are we supposed to be the Axis or the Allies in Iraq? What do you mean you’re deaf? Since when? Really?!? OK, then.
Iraq is like the world wars you know… except for those justification, noble cause, suffering of the privileged classes, and other similar thingymajigs that is. Shouldn’t this tremendous war require tremendous sacrifice? Shouldn’t we be focusing on getting Hitler bin Laden? What about the war on poverty? Have we won that one yet?
JFC. What a moron.
Oh, and in case you don’t want to read the article, he also mentioned 9/11 five times. Five!!!
But the GOoPers would never try to conflate 9/11 with Iraq. Nosirree. Never happen. Why do you hate America?
