Pentagon admits to spying on peaceful protestors

The TALON responses finally arrive and it’s not pretty.

Defense officials, according to the letter, have now also completed a nationwide review of the TALON database and identified 186 protests and 43 named individuals in related reports that should not have been entered.

“Just trust us,” they say. If you believe the government has only spied on 186 protests, I’ve got a lovely bridge to sell you.
